2. Orders and Sales
- Product Availability: All products listed on our website are subject to development. Only if they are explicitly labelled as “available”, they are. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please review the confirmation for accuracy. If any discrepancies arise, contact us within 24 hours.
- Changes and Cancellations: You may request changes or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

- Pricing: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and cash. All payments must be made in full before orders are processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase. We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location and are calculated at checkout. Any additional duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Switzerland. For international deliveries, please contact us for options.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy: Customers may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery for a part refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. They will be scrutinized and a copy of the summary sent to the costumer
- Return Process: Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Warranty and Repairs
- Warranty: We offer a 2-year warranty on our machines against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents. The battery has a guaranteed capacity of 60% at 20°C after 5 Years stored between 0°C and 40°C.
- Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and arrange for repairs or replacements where applicable.
- Servicing and Repairs: We offer professional servicing and repair services for all machine purchased from us. Contact us for appointments and pricing details.
