01 / Ideation

Ideation is a crucial step in our design and development process.

We utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create and test virtual prototypes of our ideas, allowing us to identify potential issues and make changes before any physical prototypes are built. Additionally, we use Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation software to analyze and optimize the performance of our designs.

We also leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to aid in our ideation process to generate new design concepts and optimize existing designs.

We utilize the Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation software in combination with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze and optimize the performance of our mechanical designs.

FEM allows us to simulate and analyze the behavior of a design under various loading conditions. This enables us to identify potential issues and make changes before building physical prototypes, which can save time and resources.

By incorporating AI into our FEM analysis process, we are able to take our design optimization to the next level. AI algorithms can be used to automate the FEM analysis process and find the optimal design solutio

Once ideas have been simulated and optimized throughly, it's time to bring them to life. The process of realizing the designs starts with the preparation of detailed technical drawings and specifications. These documents are then used to produce functional prototypes and visual and tactile mockups using traditional and additive manufacturing technology. The functional prototypes are used to test and verify the functionality of the design, while the visual and tactile mockups are used to evaluate the aesthetics and ergonomics of the design.

In addition, we also collaborate with external partners to produce design mockups, which are used to evaluate the design of the final product before mass production. The team is experienced in the use of various manufacturing techniques, to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

The process of realization is an iterative one, and it may involve several rounds of testing, evaluation, and optimization before the final product is ready for mass production. By utilizing simulation, prototyping, and collaboration, we ensure that the final product is optimized and meets the highest standards of quality and performance within the given timeframe.
